CMC has a successful track record of certifying internal trainers to teach our material. One reason is that the success of our classes is not facilitator based, but heavily relies on the power of the material. This ensures a more consistent and higher quality program. CMC will also co-teach, if necessary, with your corporation trainers until they are comfortable with the material. We will also make ourselves available (including evenings and weekends) to your instructors to discuss any classroom situation they might have encountered.
