The concept of achieving increased productivity and job enrichment through a team approach is constantly discussed and encouraged. However, few practical techniques are shared with team members as to how they may become effective team players. Many team members become frustrated in their efforts to simultaneously achieve team and personal goals. Many are unsure of the team objectives, the game rules, and the standards being used to evaluate player performance.

Course Description

The seminar provides opportunities for self-evaluation and interaction with other professionals. Further, it equips participants with information vital to decision-making and choice determinations that each must make about his/her career. The seminar is problem solving by design.

Techniques include: case studies, slides, lecture, role plays and group discussions.
