In an effort to meet today’s ever changing business climate, CMC has completed a web-based Diversity Course. The topics align with the video series but the exercises and activities are designed specifically for the web-based format. This CD-ROM course will allow individuals to complete the course:

1. At their own pace.
2. At their daily work station.

Here are some of the features and benefits of this web-based course.

• Opening tutorial explains the program to the participants.
  
  
• Climate/employee survey including demographics may be completed.
  

• Customization of message(s) from your CEO/President, use of logos, slogans and graphics.
  
  
• Time stamped log-in for employees.
  
  
• Monthly usage reports provided.
  
  
• Periodic updates of training material.
  
  
• The site is fully secured.

• Up to three hundred (300) employees may be online at once.

• Handle CD/DVD and video on computer screens as well as TV.

• Certificate will be printed upon completion of the course.

• Close-captioned for hearing impaired employees.

• Hot line and chat room available for comments and questions using your staff or CMC’s.

• Four and one-half hours (4 ½ hours) of video instruction.

• Course contains exciting and interactive exercises in each module

• Ten (10) different topics are included in the program.

CD-ROM Format

 This format has all of the above features except for employee survey capability, and monthly usage reports.

Web-based and CD-ROM training can be a 80%-90% cost savings over classroom training.
