| “A World of Diversity” is a ten-part videotape series targeted towards promoting tolerance, harmony and effective team interaction among departmental staff members. Rarely does a team have the opportunity to discuss diversity issues among the teammates. This series allows for this discussion to happen. It is designed to be facilitated by the department manager and be conducted as part of the weekly or monthly staff meeting. The ten modules take 60 – 90 minutes apiece. The facilitator will be aided by four and one half hours of video, a leaders guide that is easy to follow and a workbook for each team member. |
