Coleman Management Consultants, Inc. was formed in 1980 to assist organizations in fully utilizing all of their human resources. CMC's emphasis is on managing diversity and building cohesive teams in order to compete nationally as well as internationally. CMC evaluates the business environment and designs training programs to fit the needs of the organization. These programs may include courses for executives, managers, employees as well as specific population segments such as women, or members of minority groups
At CMC, we teach that diversity refers to every member of the workforce; therefore, we advocate solutions which place responsibility for opening communications on the shoulders of every member of the organization, and not just on management.
