Hardy K. Dorsey is an associate with Coleman Management Consultants (CMC), Inc., based in Atlanta, Georgia. For the past twenty five years, he has been an educator, entrepreneur and corporate manager. He has successfully managed headquarters and field organizations in marketing to a wide variety of customers with the IBM company for more than a decade. He possesses an excellent record of achieving objectives and effectively managing people.

Mr. Dorsey has been speaking and consulting in the area of diversity and improving employee effectiveness for the last three years for clients throughout the United States. Employees from the following companies have attended his seminars: IBM, GTE, AT&T, 3M, Scripps Howard, Wisconsin Electric, Duke Medical Center, Eli Lilly & Co., Monsanto and Merck.

Mr. Dorsey is active in the Atlanta Community and is currently involved with organizations committed to empowering others, mentoring and tutoring children.

Mr. Dorsey has an undergraduate degree from Lincoln University, a graduate degree from Southern Illinois University and has done post graduate studies at St. Louis University and Harvard.
